To generate a pass, click on the booth name from your homepage, select "Add Staff", add your staff member's details and photo, then click "Submit". Once this is done, the employee will appear in your pass list and you can click "Download Pass" to download the PDF to your device, or "Email Pass" to email the PDF directly to the email you entered for that employee.

Click on the booth name from your home page, then select schedule. Choose the date you need to update the schedule for, and check the box beside the name of each person working that date. Then click "Submit."

You can edit the schedule unless it is between 8am–8pm during a festival day.

Notify management or security immediately and escort the employee out of the festival. Festival Management will revoke the pass and it will no longer be valid for entry.

Staff will remain in your booth with active passes between years. Prior to each season you will need to revoke passes from staff members who will not be returning and add any new hires, then send ALL of your staff a new pass in June when you receive your Vendor Information Packet which will display the current year.

NOTE: RennGentry's memory begins in 2025, meaning you will need to insert all of your team members for the 2025 season, including uploading a photo for each of them.
